Happy hour for Russian actress

I like this actress! It's wonderful talented woman. Has appeared in the films "Calendula Flowers", "Streets of Broken Lamps", "Baron", "Anna Karenina" (USA), "Nicholas II" (Germany), "The Russian Bride", "Criminal Petersburg", "Homicide", "National Security Agent", "Empire Under Fire", "Prokofiev" (Germany), "Get Thee From Me", "I Pay Up Front", etc.

She stars in the film La sconosciuta ("The Unknown") (Italy, Giuseppe Tornatore, 2006). She stars in the Golden Lion nominated movie, La doppia ora by Giuseppe Capotondi in 2009.

In the 66th Venice Film Festival, she won the "Best Actress" title.

One of Russia’s most promising actresses, Ksenia Rappoport, has picked up a Best Actress award at the 66th Venice Film Festival.
Rappoport has been praised in Russia and overseas for her authenticity both on screen and stage. At 35 years old, Rappoport, a drama actress, has acted in roles other actresses can only dream of.


Her popularity has gone far beyond Russia. In fact, Ksenia is well-known in Italy, where she starred in Guizeppe Tornatore’s thriller, The Unknown, in 2006.

Last year she was honoured to host the closing ceremony of the Venice Film Festival.

This time around, Rappoport’s acting talents couldn’t be left unnoticed on the Lido either, as she was named Best Actress for her role in Guiseppe Capotondi’s psychological drama, The Double Hour.
